The Surrey–Langley SkyTrain extension, a 16-kilometre project along Fraser Highway, is set to transform regional transit by 2028. The line will connect Surrey City Centre to Langley City, reducing travel times and supporting one of B.C.’s fastest-growing corridors. Beyond faster commutes, the project is expected to boost economic development, encourage sustainable urban growth, and help meet provincial climate goals by reducing car dependence.
