Four men have been charged with first-degree murder and forcible confinement in the death of a 19-year-old Abbotsford man, who was found with severe injuries in Surrey on January 27 and later died in hospital.
Charged are Jaskaran Singh (20) and Bipanpreet Singh (22) of Surrey, Ravdeep Gill (21) of Winnipeg, and Harmandeep Gill (26) of Brampton, Ont. A fifth person, Inderpreet Khosa (19) of Abbotsford, faces a charge of forcible confinement.

A 17-year-old Surrey teen has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 15-year-old boy near Robson Square in downtown Vancouver on July 19.
