Cloverdale PJHL Team’s Future in Doubt After League Dispute
The future of Cloverdale’s new PJHL hockey team is uncertain after the franchise was removed from the league’s website, just weeks before its scheduled debut.
The move follows a failed vote on tier realignment, which has sparked disputes among team owners. White Rock Whalers owner Chris McNally says he’s fighting to keep Cloverdale in the league, warning that more than 20 players and community investments are at risk.
The PJHL has not issued a statement, leaving the team’s 2025–26 season in doubt.
