Fallon Shilanthi of Surrey, B.C., wins Mrs. Canada World 2025–2026. She’ll represent Canada at the global pageant in Las Vegas this January.

Crowned National Winner in Montreal

Fallon Shilanthi, a Surrey resident and longtime pageant competitor, was crowned Mrs. Canada World 2025–2026 on July 19 in Montreal. Representing British Columbia, she secured the national title in the prestigious Mrs. Canada Inc. beauty pageant and will now represent Canada on the global stage in Las Vegas this January at the Mrs. World competition.

A Life Rooted in Beauty and Advocacy

Shilanthi is a professional cosmetologist based in White Rock and a mother of two, living in Surrey’s Sullivan Station neighbourhood. With nearly two decades of experience in the pageant world, she has competed internationally, earning accolades such as first runner-up at Best Model of the World in Spain (2008) and holding the title of Mrs. Sri Lanka for Miss World in 2010.

Advocacy for Vulnerable Children

Beyond the crown, Shilanthi’s mission is deeply rooted in advocacy. Her platform, Hope for Little Lights, seeks to raise awareness and offer support for vulnerable children across the globe. Organizers praised her purposeful return to the spotlight, noting that her message combines compassion with experience on an international stage.

Spotlight on the Pageant

The Mrs. Canada Inc. pageant is recognized as one of Canada’s leading beauty competitions for women aged 18 and older. It emphasizes not only physical appearance but also talent, intelligence, and charitable platforms. According to organizers, the competition exists to empower women by giving them a platform to promote causes close to their hearts while showcasing their individuality.

Other Titleholders Announced

In addition to Shilanthi’s win, the event also crowned several other Canadian titleholders. Liliia earned the title of Miss Canada World Universal 2025, and Tasia was named Ms. World Universal Canada. Each winner will carry forward her advocacy work while preparing for international representation.

Fallon Shilanthi’s win marks a proud moment for Surrey and reaffirms Canada’s commitment to elevating women who lead with both elegance and purpose.
