BC Dream Lottery Launches with $3M South Surrey Home

A luxury South Surrey home valued at over $3 million is among the top prize options in the 2025 BC Children’s Hospital Dream Lottery, which launched ticket sales this month. The annual fundraiser supports life-saving research at BC Children’s Hospital.

Prize Details and Location

The featured home, located at 13156 19A Avenue, offers 4,385 square feet of upscale living space, including five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a double garage. It’s part of a grand prize package that includes a 2025 KIA EV9 (or $57,000 cash), a $50,000 travel gift card, a $15,000 grocery card (or $11,000 cash), and $100,000 in additional cash.

Ticket Sales and Deadlines

Lottery tickets are now available until midnight on October 10, unless they sell out sooner. Prices range from $110 for three tickets to $550 for a 20-pack, with purchase options online, by phone, or in-person at participating London Drugs and Save-On-Foods locations.

Grand Prize Options and Cash Alternative

The Dream Lottery offers eleven grand prize choices, including multi-million dollar homes in Vancouver, Langley, Coquitlam, Vernon, Courtenay, Sooke, and West Kelowna. For the first time, a $2.5 million tax-free cash option is available—the largest in the lottery’s history.

Bonus Draws and Early Bird Incentives

Bonus draws begin September 25, with an early bird prize worth $300,000 set for October 23. The final grand prize draw is scheduled for October 30. Additional chances to win include the 50/50 Plus jackpot and the Daily Cash Plus game, which offers 67 consecutive days of prizes.

Supporting Pediatric Innovation

Funds raised from the lottery directly benefit research at BC Children’s Hospital, home to more than 2,000 health professionals. “Each ticket purchased helps turn bold ideas into real-world breakthroughs,” said Malcolm Berry, president and CEO. “With donor support, expert teams are making major progress in areas like brain health, oncology, and clinical trials.”

How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets can be purchased through:

  • Website: bcchildren.com
  • Phone: 604-536-2491 or 1-888-888-1567
  • Retail: Select London Drugs and Save-On-Foods locations

All proceeds go toward supporting some of the most advanced pediatric care and research in Canada, ensuring that BC’s youngest patients receive the best chance at a healthy future.
