4th Annual Metro Vancouver Black Business Expo Returns

The 4th Annual Metro Vancouver Black Business Expo will take place on Oct. 18, 2025, from noon to 4 p.m. at Surrey City Hall. This free event celebrates Black entrepreneurship and community empowerment, featuring local Black-owned businesses from across Metro Vancouver. Hosted by the Yoruba Social and Cultural Association of B.C. in partnership with the Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade, the expo offers networking opportunities, product showcases, and business connections. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance on Eventbrite.

Returning to Surrey City Hall

The fourth annual Metro Vancouver Black Business Expo is set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, from noon to 4 p.m. at Surrey City Hall (13450 104 Ave.). The free event will highlight Black-owned businesses across Metro Vancouver, offering residents a chance to explore local products and services.

A Celebration of Entrepreneurship

Organizers describe the expo as “a celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation and community empowerment.” The event aims to provide Black business owners with a platform to showcase their products and services while making valuable connections with consumers and business representatives.

Partnerships Driving the Event

The expo is hosted by the Yoruba Social and Cultural Association of B.C., in partnership with the Surrey & White Rock Board of Trade. These partnerships aim to strengthen community ties and promote the growth of Black-owned businesses in the region.

Opportunities for Attendees and Businesses

The expo is free to the public, but organizers encourage pre-registration through Eventbrite. Attendees will have the chance to meet over 300 guests, including business leaders and local consumers, while entrepreneurs gain visibility and networking opportunities to expand their reach.
