Abbotsford Canucks training camp runs Oct 1–3 with a free scrimmage in Chilliwack Oct 4. Fans can enjoy games, entertainment, and autograph sessions.

Champions Back on Home Ice

The Abbotsford Canucks are gearing up for another thrilling season, and fans won’t have to wait long to see them in action. Fresh off their Calder Cup victory, the champs return to Abbotsford Centre for training camp from October 1 to 3.

Sessions start at 11 a.m. daily, and here’s the best part—they’re completely free and open to the public.

Scrimmage Day in Chilliwack

The excitement doesn’t stop there. On October 4, the Canucks head to Chilliwack Coliseum for their annual Green and White scrimmage. Doors open at 11 a.m., with puck drop set for noon. Admission is free, making it a perfect family-friendly event.

Fans can expect more than just hockey. The day features in-game entertainment, Canucks fan activations, photo opportunities with the Calder Cup, and even post-game autographs from players.

A Growing Tradition

This marks the third training camp hosted in Abbotsford, with previous camps taking place in 2021 and 2024. Other years have seen the team set up shop in Port Coquitlam and Chilliwack, giving fans across the region a chance to get closer to the action.

Looking Ahead to the Season

Once camp wraps, the Canucks waste no time defending their crown. They open the season on October 10 in Nevada against the Henderson Silver Knights. Then, on October 24, the team returns home for a special night: the championship banner raising, just before they face off with the Ontario Reign.
