How the Tool Works
The DEMO Toolkit is more than just a spreadsheet. It’s a fully interactive framework built to walk you through every step of profitability assessment. It includes three main working areas and one central dashboard:

You’ll begin by entering basic assumptions—like demand forecasts, pricing models, and cost structures.
